Global Recognition for Renata Karpenko
Renata Karpenko, Energame’s chief people and operations officer, has won the Emerging Leader award at World Employer Branding Day 2024, a flagship event for the employer branding community that attracts top entrants from all over the globe.
At this year’s event, held in Amsterdam between Oct 9-11, the awards were particular competitive, with 15 nominees across categories. The organisers said the calibre of the nominees was the highest it has been in the history of the awards.
“Renata Karpenko has transformed Energame’s employer branding,” said Brett Minchington, founder of World Employer Branding Day and Employer Branding College. “A thought leader in the iGaming sector, she is known for her leadership, mentorship, and contributions to industry discussions on talent development and people-first business strategies."
Renata was instrumental in the acquisition of business services firm Global Business Solutions (GBS), and its integration into the Energame portfolio. This acquisition was a major turning point for Energame that dramatically increased the size and scope of the company.
Renata led Energame’s employer branding transformation with a number of programs designed to increase cohesion, nurture young talent, and strengthen community ties. She initiated our gENERation program to help children of Energame families reach their potential, and introduced CUP OF ENERGY, a program that fosters communication between senior leaders and employees.
“This award is a great honor and a meaningful recognition of our shared efforts to build an inspiring workplace”, says Renata. “I am deeply inspired by Eleanor Roosevelt's words: “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.”
Building a brighter future begins with a clear vision, a commitment to our goals and the dedication to bring them to life.
I am fortunate to work with colleagues who inspire me to aim higher every day. Together we are making Energame a place where dreams take shape and everyone’s potential is realized.
