Strategic partnerships with Cypriot institutions

At Energame, we understand the importance of education for our community and the communities where we operate. That's why we prioritize building strategic partnerships with academic institutions and local universities.

Collaboration with CIM-The Cyprus Business School

CIM – Cyprus Business School is our allies in empowering the next generation of leaders through education for the second year in a row. This strategic collaboration aimed at facilitating knowledge exchange and strengthening the relationship between academia and the business world.

In 2023 we initiated our annual business breakfast with CIM-The Cyprus Business School. The high-level event was part of an initiative to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

In 2024 we continued our strategic partnership with CIM, our allies in empowering the next generation of leaders through education. Now, we join forces to nurture talented students and offer scholarships with 100% price coverage.

Strategic partnerships with University of Cyprus and Cyprus University of Technology

Partnering with Cyprus University of Technology and the University of Cyprus opened the door to various initiatives in fields of mutual interest, including joint participation or joint organization of scientific conferences, career fairs, seminars and meetings that contribute to the development of education in Cyprus. For example, via informing the Cyprus University of Technology and the University of Cyprus about our job vacancies to promote them to their graduates, via participating in career fairs and via offering internship opportunities.

Our partnership includes activities such as:

Guest lectures by Energame executive
Internship opportunities to UCY/CUT students
Workshops, seminars, and conferences

Through active participation in job fairs hosted by these institutions and through specialized workshops and motivational talks from our staff to students or graduates, we ensure that we empower the future leaders, cultivate entrepreneurial mindsets, understand the jobs of the future, offer them internship opportunities or job vacancies and bridge the gap between academia and industry.

and structured most of our programs to target specific opportunities. We firmly believe that investing in education, particularly in youth, is the key to making a positive difference across borders and communities.

GAME CHANGERS by Energame

At Energame, we firmly believe that investing in the education of scholars and students is paramount, as they are the ones who will drive the changes that shape our future.

GAME CHANGERS is a comprehensive global CSR initiative designed to empower the next generation of leaders through education.

University-level scholarships

We believe that by supporting talented young people in education, we help accelerate the managerial and leadership development process and empower leaders to excel in HR, strategy, and governance in any corporate setting.

We joined forces with leading educational institutions in Cyprus to support talented students in their educational development through scholarships.

Internal project “gENERation”

Energame aims to build a workplace culture that prioritizes the well-being of our employees and their families. The program aims to provide educational support to our employees’ families, so that every child can have access to quality education and opportunities for personal growth.

The program is for remote and in person educational programs, including tuition support for schools.

Empowering future sports leaders

We're committed to a positive impact on the communities and people in the countries where we operate.

This initiative aims to equip Cypriot sports executives with the specialized skills needed to tackle the ever-evolving challenges in the sports industry.
