GAME CHANGERS by Energame is a comprehensive global CSR initiative designed to empower the next generation of leaders through education.

We are confident that education is the foundation for shaping a better future, as today’s students will be tomorrow’s architects of change — real GAME CHANGERS. We firmly believe that investing in education, particularly in youth, is the key to making a positive difference across borders and communities.

The initiative incorporates strategic partnerships with academic institutions, university-level scholarships, developing future leaders in the sports industry, providing a mixture of academic and vocational education support to foster talent and enhance opportunities.

At Energame, we recognize that great company size brings wider responsibility to society and our environment. To maximize our impact and drive real life positive outcomes, we have approached our CSR activities through the theme of education

and structured most of our programs to target specific opportunities. We firmly believe that investing in education, particularly in youth, is the key to making a positive difference across borders and communities.

Strategic partnerships with Cypriot institutions

At Energame, we understand the importance of education for our community and the communities where we operate. That's why we prioritize building strategic partnerships with academic institutions and local universities.

This partnership is aimed at facilitating knowledge exchange and strengthening the relationship between academia and industry.

University-level scholarships

We believe that by supporting talented young people in education, we help accelerate the managerial and leadership development process and empower leaders to excel in HR, strategy, and governance in any corporate setting.

We joined forces with leading educational institutions in Cyprus to support talented students in their educational development through scholarships.

Internal project “gENERation”

Energame aims to build a workplace culture that prioritizes the well-being of our employees and their families. The program aims to provide educational support to our employees’ families, so that every child can have access to quality education and opportunities for personal growth.

The program is for remote and in person educational programs, including tuition support for schools.

Empowering future sports leaders

We're committed to a positive impact on the communities and people in the countries where we operate.

This initiative aims to equip Cypriot sports executives with the specialized skills needed to tackle the ever-evolving challenges in the sports industry.
