Empowering future sports leaders

The initiative aims to equip Cypriot sports executives with the specialized skills needed to tackle the ever-evolving challenges in the sports industry.

The initiative started in February 2023 with an idea to innovate training programs for sports executives from the University of Nicosia. We provided financial support for the training programs for 40 sports executives in team sports like football, basketball, volleyball, handball in Cyprus. The programs were divided into three streams: Team Managers, Sporting Directors and Management for Football Coaches and consisted of 20 specialized modules.

Following the program's completion in September 2023, participants convened to share their experiences and insights. They engaged in discussions about the industry's challenges and outlined their vision for the sports industry's future.

The training of the sports executives is a pioneering and innovative program for the benefit of the local youth, sports and wider Cypriot society. Such programs leave their own stamp on the development of the proper management of sports for development of the education in sports management and for further development of sports.

We joined forces with leading educational institutions in Cyprus to support talented students in their educational development through scholarships.

Internal project “gENERation”

Energame aims to build a workplace culture that prioritizes the well-being of our employees and their families. The program aims to provide educational support to our employees’ families, so that every child can have access to quality education and opportunities for personal growth.

The program is for remote and in person educational programs, including tuition support for schools.
