GAME CHANGERS by Energame is a comprehensive global CSR initiative designed to empower the next generation of leaders through education.

The initiative incorporates strategic partnerships with academic institutions, university-level scholarships, developing future leaders in the sports industry, providing a mixture of academic and vocational education support to foster talent and enhance opportunities.

GAME CHANGERS also includes a specific employee programme helping Energame families to plan, manage and achieve the educational goals for their children while pursuing demanding international careers.

Our educational initiative empowers emerging leaders and fosters a seamless transition from education to industry. As a company in a knowledge and skills-based industry, we know that acquiring education and skills is the first step to improving individual lives and society as a whole.

We joined forces with leading educational institutions in Cyprus to support talented students in their educational development through scholarships.

Internal project “gENERation”

Energame aims to build a workplace culture that prioritizes the well-being of our employees and their families. The program aims to provide educational support to our employees’ families, so that every child can have access to quality education and opportunities for personal growth.

The program is for remote and in person educational programs, including tuition support for schools.

Energame’s corporate volunteering focuses on participation in social projects, programs and events that are initiated by the company or non-governmental organizations. Substantial contribution to the local community
Energame’s employees have supported Red Cross Limassol through blood donation and enhanced food and supply packing initiatives for people and families in need. Additionally, Energame employees actively contribute to volunteer initiatives by dedicating their time and skills.

Preserving coastal ecosystems and protecting marine life
The company organizes annual beach cleaning events. Employees and volunteers come together to remove litter and debris from beaches, promoting environmental awareness and community engagement while contributing to the conservation of natural resources.
