<p>We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.</p>
<p></p></div><p><strong>We are looking for a Chief Product Officer for a Crypto project to become a part of our Partner's team.</strong></p>
<p>As the Chief Product Officer, you will be responsible for defining and executing the overall product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our crypto-iGaming platform. You will lead the product team, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business development to ensure our product offerings meet market demands, align with our company's strategic goals, and provide a best-in-class user experience.</p>
<h3>Your main responsibilities will be:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and own the product vision and strategy for the company's crypto iGaming platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives;</li>
<li>Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, while continuously optimizing for performance, engagement, and profitability;</li>
<li>Oversee a cross-functional product team, including product managers, designers, and analysts, to drive product development and innovation;</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and operations to ensure the timely and successful delivery of new features and updates;</li>
<li>Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth in the crypto-iGaming space;</li>
<li>Leverage data-driven insights and metrics to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and iterate rapidly;</li>
<li>Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, including blockchain and cryptocurrency partners, to integrate cutting-edge technologies into the product;</li>
<li>Ensure the product complies with industry standards, gaming regulations, and cryptocurrency-related compliance requirements;</li>
<li>Advocate for the user experience (UX), ensuring that the platform delivers a seamless, engaging, and secure gaming environment for both fiat and crypto users;</li>
<li>Lead initiatives to explore and integrate emerging technologies such as NFTs, DeFi, or Web3 features into the product offering.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Essential professional experience:</h3>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of product management experience in crypto industry;</li>
<li>Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, decentralized applications (dApps), and their applications in gaming;</li>
<li>Proven track record of building, launching, and scaling successful digital products in fast-paced, tech-driven environments;</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Lean) and experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence);</li>
<li>Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and inspire teams across different functions;</li>
<li>Experience working in a heavily regulated environment and ensuring compliance with relevant gaming and crypto regulations;</li>
<li>Passion for the intersection of gaming, blockchain technology, and financial innovation;</li>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Management, Business, Technology, or a related field would be a plus;</li>
<li>English level - Advanced.</li>
