We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.
We are looking for a talented Travel Coordinator to join our team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Arrange Travel Logistics: Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation for employees and clients.
- Vendor Management: Research and negotiate rates with travel vendors to ensure cost-effective travel solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company travel policies and procedures.
- Itinerary Management: Create detailed itineraries and communicate travel details and changes to travelers.
- 24/7 Support: Provide round-the-clock support to travelers during their trips.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate travel records and reports.
Essential professional experience:
- Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of English, Ukrainian/russian.
- Proficiency in travel booking software and tools.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate travelers as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel), software and travel booking systems.
- Experience with 1C as a plus.
