<p>We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.</p>
<p></p></div><p><strong>We are looking for a talented Deputy Head of Licensing and Compliance to join our team.&nbsp;</strong></p>
<h3>Your main responsibilities will be:</h3>
<p>Licensing:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the obtaining the maintenance of the offshore licenses for the projects of the group;</li>
<li>Establishing the necessary procedures and policies for the obtaining and maintenance of the offshore licenses;</li>
<li>Building up a team of professionals to work with the mentioned licenses;</li>
<li>Coordinating with the projects' team on matters of licensing maintenance;</li>
<li>Establishing the control matrix for the successful maintenance of the licenses by the projects.</li>
</ul>
<p>KYC:</p>
<ul>
<li>Assisting projects of the group to build up internal KYC policies and procedures;</li>
<li>Assistance projects of the group to employ necessary specialists to conduct KYC;</li>
<li>Coordination of the work of the KYC specialist in the projects;</li>
<li>Update KYC procedures of clients and 3rd party service providers;</li>
<li>Ensure the correct documentation is received in respect of KYC procedures.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Essential professional experience:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Experience in: Finance, Accounting, Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, or related disciplines;</li>
<li>Experience in the Industry and managing people;</li>
<li>Strong communicator and able to work and meet deadlines under pressure;</li>
<li>Highly organized and results-orientated;</li>
<li>Ability to challenge and drive process change;</li>
<li>A self-starter, flexible, innovative, and adaptive to change;</li>
<li>Skilled in report running and or invoicing a plus.</li>
