We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.
We are looking for a Deputy Head of Administration to join our team and handle administration matters across all our locations.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Oversee and optimize day-to-day administrative functions, including office management and facilities coordination;
- Identify areas for operational improvement and implement streamlined procedures to enhance productivity and resource management across the company;
- Manage and develop the administrative team, setting objectives, monitoring performance, and ensuring training opportunities to build a high-performing department;
- Assist in creating and monitoring budgets related to administrative functions, ensuring financial responsibility, cost-saving measures, and alignment with company goals;
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Regularly review and update policies as necessary, collaborating with legal and HR teams as needed;
- Lead and support cross-functional projects related to infrastructure, space planning, and IT support, working closely with HR, IT, and finance departments to meet company objectives;
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships, including facilities and office suppliers, ensuring quality service, contract adherence, and cost-effectiveness.
Essential professional experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus;
- Extensive experience in administrative management or a similar leadership role, preferably within the IT or technology sector;
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach;
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective processes that improve operational efficiency;
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and vendor negotiations;
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and regulatory standards relevant to the industry.
