<p>Energame is a management consultancy and an investment advisory firm specialized in online entertainment.</p>
<p>We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.</p>
<p></p></div><p><strong>We are looking for a skilled Head of Finance to join our Partner's team.</strong></p>
<h3>Your main responsibilities will be:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial statements and cash flow forecasts;</li>
<li>Ensure timely financial reporting compliant with standards (e.g., IFRS);</li>
<li>Manage annual budgeting, consolidating department inputs;</li>
<li>Present financial insights and recommendations to the School Board, CEO, and stakeholders;</li>
<li>Develop the school’s annual budget in collaboration with academic and administrative departments;</li>
<li>Provide financial projections to support strategic decisions;</li>
<li>Monitor budget performance, addressing variances;</li>
<li>Maintain internal controls and compliance with financial policies and tax laws;</li>
<li>Manage external audits and address findings;</li>
<li>Oversee cash flow, collections, and bank relationships;</li>
<li>Supervise billing, tuition, and fee structures, optimizing collections and managing discounts;</li>
<li>Control costs, focusing on efficiency without compromising quality;</li>
<li>Guide financial strategy to support long-term school goals, including capital projects;</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate financial risks;</li>
<li>Lead the finance team, fostering accountability and professional growth.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Essential professional experience:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or ACCA/ACA certification is preferred);</li>
<li>5-7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the education sector or a non-profit organization;</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal control principles;</li>
<li>Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management;</li>
<li>Excellent leadership and team management skills;</li>
<li>Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders;</li>
<li>English - upper-intermediate;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Fluent in Ukrainian/russian;</li>
<li>Proficiency in financial software systems and Microsoft Excel.</li>
