<h3>Your main responsibilities will be:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Budgeting and Financial Management: Manage the school’s budget, perform regular reviews, and develop financial forecasts;</li>
<li>Payment Management: Control daily transactions and implement financial safeguards;</li>
<li>Software Implementation: Lead financial software implementations and train staff on new systems;</li>
<li>Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and provide financial insights;</li>
<li>ERP System Management: Manage and customize the ERP system, ensuring it meets financial and operational requirements;</li>
<li>Analytical Reporting: Prepare analytical reports, perform variance analysis, and identify cost-saving opportunities;</li>
<li>Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices;</li>
<li>Ad Hoc Tasks: Support audits, compliance activities, and special financial projects.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Essential professional experience:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred;</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role;</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, laws, and best practices;</li>
<li>Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel;</li>
<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;</li>
<li>High attention to detail and organizational abilities.</li>
</ul>
<p>The financial controller will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and drive financial strategy. This role demands strong analytical skills and a passion for enhancing financial processes.</p>
