Energame is a management consultancy and an investment advisory firm specialized in online entertainment.
We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.
We are looking for a Communications Manager to join our team.
As a Communications Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects according to public relations and marketing strategy of the company, or/and special international communications projects of the assets and clients worldwide.
Location: remote across Europe. Cyprus or Warsaw is a plus.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Execute comprehensive PR and marketing strategies that support the company's business goals and targets;
- Build relationships with foreign media agencies for the development of communications in regions of work;
- Build and maintain relationships with key media and industry influencers to increase brand visibility, drive positive coverage and attract sought-investment targets;
- Create and manage content for all PR materials, including press and presentation packages, social media and other online content;
- Manage the company's overall social media presence;
- Plan and execute (participation in) events and campaigns to support the company’s business goals;
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of PR and marketing initiatives;
- Work in close tie with the company’s government relations (GR) team;
- Work with PR, marketing and GR teams of the company’s portfolio/associated businesses to ensure effective coordination, consistent messaging, risk management and successful crisis resolution.
Essential professional experience:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in PR, communications or GR;
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications campaigns;
- Understanding of the digital industry and trends, knowledge/experience in online entertainment is a plus;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Knowledge of English and Ukrainian/Russian languages is mandatory;
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask;
- Ability to work with international teams;
- Willingness to travel.
